Weekly Childbirth Preparation Class

In this course, you’ll work together to prepare for childbirth and the start of parenthood. You’ll gain knowledge, practice exercises, and have opportunities to share experiences—so you can approach childbirth with greater confidence, security, and clarity. For a self-directed birth and a smooth transition into the postpartum period.

Practical tools & clear information
We’ll cover the basics of birth, postpartum care, breastfeeding and daily life with a newborn – including your rights, needs and options.

Movement, breath & support
Breathing techniques, postures, relaxation exercises and massages are part of the practical sessions – for both the birthing person and the partner.

You’re not alone
Pregnancy and birth are deep life experiences – for everyone involved. We talk about the partner’s role and what shared preparation can look like.

For all expectant parents – alone or with a partner – who feel more comfortable in English.
No matter where you’re from or how you plan to give birth: this course is for you.

• Partner/companion: €150 (paid privately)
• A confirmation of participation can be provided for your insurance if needed
